I confirm that the items listed are being requested in accordance with YG-1 Canada’s return policy, including that returns require prior authorization, items must be new and in resale condition, in original packaging, and that non-returnable items such as specials, partial packs, blanket orders, and obsolete items are excluded. I understand that unauthorized returns may be returned at our expense.

I understand that approved returns with a value under $500 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If the return request value is $500 or more, the application is subject to review and approval. Once reviewed, you will be notified of the status of your application and, if approved, provided with an RGA document that must be included with the returned goods. At that time, an offsetting order will be required.
